Wild Ginger // restaurant identity

This is a rebranding project for the restaurant Wild Ginger which is located in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Wild Ginger is an Asian fusion restaurant that serves Chinese, Japanese, and Thai foods with a large selection of vegetarian options as well. The aesthetic of the new logo is elegant yet also honing back to the hand drawn calligraphy of all three languages. After many revisions a hand drawn logo using ink and bamboo brushes was created. The bright green color is the only color for the restaurant because of how bold it is while also connecting to the color of the ginger plant. A stationery set which contained a business card, letterhead, envelope, mailing labels, and a menu were designed with the same aesthetic as the logo. Extra items that would benefit the restaurant which are customized take-out boxes and chopstick holders were also created to go along with the stationery set.
